TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GOLF DAYS

TO QUALIFY AS A GOLF SOCIETY the group should consist of not less than ten players. Upon arrival, the society organiser should report to the reception / administration to confirm the day's arrangements.

FINAL NUMBERS Your final numbers for golf and catering are required a minimum of 48 hours prior to your visit. Any reduction in numbers notified to the club after this time will be charged for.

OFFICIAL HANDICAPS are not necessary. However, we do request that players maintain a reasonable standard, and to abide by the club's rules, the etiquette and the Rules of Golf. Each player must have his or her own set of club's.

THE DRESS CODE at Naunton Downs Golf Club applies to visitors and members alike. Jeans are not allowed. Shirts must have a collar and sleeves and be tucked in. Tailored shorts only (i.e. with belt loops and fly) may be worn. Socks must be worn with shorts. Tracksuits and shell suits are not allowed and proper golf shoes must be worn.

GREEN FEES are not required from Naunton Downs members. Courtesy of the course may be extended to PGA members, BIGGA members, Golf Club Secretaries and Captains (ladies and men) by advance agreement with the Golf Manager only. This is limited to one courtesy player per society.

OUTSTANDING BALANCE OF SOCIETY DAY FEES must be paid by the organiser of the society to the Golf Shop BEFORE the start of the day's play.

YOUR TEE TIMES AND MEAL TIMES are pre-arranged. It is essential that you adhere to these.
